March’s meeting was held as usual at Abbeydale Sports & Community Centre on Wednesday 10th March. It was the AGM where the committee was selected.As well as a Question & Answer session with Di Kalus, a specialist Diabetic nurse. Finally lots of money was raised in the grand auction!
Margaret Skinner remains the chair, Mike Brooke remains the Secretary and Kevin Powell remains incharge of the newsletter. Meanwhile Dave Peachey has offered to remain the treasurer until a replacement can be found.

A little about Trevor
I and my associate assistants are trained instructors for a gentle Sun style form developed to help people suffering from Arthritis by the internationally acclaimed Australian Dr Paul Lam. This form is supplemented in classes by powerful but relaxing Qi Gong exercises and is ideal for beginners of all ages. The Arthritis Foundations of Australia, USA and UK have supported this safe, effective, and easy–to–learn program. In addition I am a trained instructor for Dr Paul’s T’ai Chi for Diabetes program.
