The groups AGM was held on Wednesday 9 march 20011 with a total of 28 members and 11 friends attending.
The meeting was opened by Margaret Skinner (Chairperson) who welcomed all present and thanked them for attending. The minutes of last year’s meeting were accepted as correct with no matters arising. Continue reading Annual General Meeting 2011
The Groups AGM will be held during the March meeting on the 9th, starting at 7.45pm in the Abbeydale Sports & Social Club. The meeting is open to all, members and non members, who should arrive by 7.30pm. However, all members in particular are encouraged to attend. As well as receiving the annual reports from the Chairperson and Treasurer, elections to the committee will be made, it should be noted that all positions on the committee are up for election, but in particular that of secretary, as the current secretary is standing down.
